Faster orientation
Customers and employees find relevant information in natural language without navigating multiple pages or documents.
We develop clearly scoped AI solutions with defined outcomes, approved sources, measurable quality and controllable costs.
A source-bound information assistant for a website or a clearly separated internal knowledge base. It answers from approved content, cites its sources and recognises when a person needs to take over.
Customers and employees find relevant information in natural language without navigating multiple pages or documents.
Answers remain bound to approved content. Source references make the basis transparent.
Unsupported, sensitive or transactional requests are declined or handed to a defined contact.
The Assistant answers only from the approved public knowledge set and shows its sources.
Please do not enter personal or confidential data. For follow-up questions, only the recognised topic and the approved source IDs of the current object are stored in the current browser tab; no conversation history, question, answer or session ID is stored. Burgmann stores an automatically redacted version of your question and technical quality data for up to 30 days; the answer, your IP address, user agent, cookies and a user profile are not stored. For generative answers, the question is sent to OpenAI; without Zero Data Retention, API content may be retained there for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days.

A warning is issued at 80% usage. At 100%, the agreed monthly limit applies; automatic top-ups occur only within a pre-approved budget. Technical errors, monitoring requests and blocked abuse attempts are not counted. Add-on packages remain valid for three months. For Professional, the final price and scope are set after the source, SSO and integration review. Extensive document analyses and action workflows are quoted separately. Read the definitions and complete service scope.
Each package button opens an email prefilled with these questions so we can check fit, effort and a reliable launch date.
The key questions about the Company AI Assistant and the differences between Starter, Business and Professional.
Starter is designed for a public Assistant on an existing website. Business adds standard protected access for one user group, up to three knowledge areas, two languages and a customer subdomain. Professional is intended for multiple assistants or user groups and a reviewed login, SSO or integration solution; the exact scope is set after a technical review.
The integration depends on the package: as a lightweight JavaScript widget on the customer's existing website, as a separate public or protected area, or as an integrated application. Login and SSO are technically reviewed against the customer's identity system. The customer retains its domain and website; Burgmann provides the secured Assistant API and managed operations.
The Assistant answers exclusively from sources approved in advance; open web search is not included. One source unit is one accessible HTML page or up to ten consecutive standard pages of a supported document. Starter covers up to 100, Business up to 500 and Professional up to 2,000 source units following a source review.
No. Burgmann operates the model access, Assistant API, hosting and monitoring across all three packages. The answer volume included with each package and preselected usage packages keep ongoing costs predictable.
The Assistant states its limit and refers to the approved sources or the agreed human contact. It is designed not to invent unsupported answers.
The Assistant is designed for data minimisation: no login, cookies, fingerprints or user profiles and no permanent storage of complete conversations. Technical quality data and voluntary feedback are processed separately and only for the period agreed in advance. The specific privacy and deletion rules are documented before launch.
Sources are updated in a controlled and versioned process and checked against agreed tests. One content update batch covers no more than ten complete customer-provided source units in an existing knowledge area. Starter includes one per month, Business up to four and Professional up to ten. New subject areas, copywriting or translation are quoted separately.
Starter includes 500, Business 2,000 and Professional 5,000 processed user requests per month. Answers, controlled limitations and defined handovers count; technical errors, monitoring and blocked abuse do not. A warning is issued at 80%; at 100%, the agreed limit applies. Additional volume is activated only with prior approval.
Setup and managed operations are separate. The twelve-month minimum operating term starts only upon documented production launch or acceptance. Notice is one month to the end of the minimum term; operations then renew monthly and may be terminated with one month's notice to month-end. Rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
Yes. Branding, greeting, source display and contact handover are tailored to the customer. The degree of customisation grows from the Website Assistant in Starter through multiple knowledge areas in Business to multiple assistants or user groups in Professional.
The packages are designed primarily as controlled information assistants. Following a compatibility review, Professional can include one standardised read-only integration. Write or action permissions are included only when the system, permissions, approval rules and acceptance tests have been expressly and separately agreed.
Yes. On request, we review the existing website's structure, content, user journey and technical readiness for the Assistant, or design and build a new website. These services are not included in the Assistant packages and are quoted separately. Enquire about a website review or new website.
The solution remains managed after launch. The exact scope and cadence are defined in each customer proposal.
Each stage has its own acceptance result. A pilot never becomes a public production system automatically.
Audience, questions, sources, privacy and prohibited actions are defined in advance.
The isolated pilot is checked against fixed subject, boundary and security cases within a cost limit.
Only after acceptance do a private preview, operating checks and a separate production approval follow.
A public information assistant receives no silent access to operational systems.
No CRM changes, emails, payments, contracts or other external actions without an expressly agreed process.
If there is no reliable source, the Assistant states the limit and refers to a person instead of constructing an answer.
In an initial no-obligation call, we clarify the use case, sources and boundaries and map the requirements to a clear package.
