Draft 0.1 · 3 October 2026
This version is for product review and is not yet part of a contract. Only the version identified and agreed in an individual proposal becomes binding.

1. Common definitions

  • Assistant: A source-grounded information assistant with source display and defined boundaries or handovers.
  • Source unit: One approved, technically accessible HTML page or up to ten consecutive standard pages of a supported document. Larger documents count once per started block of ten pages. Dynamic applications, databases, audio, video, insufficiently readable scans and complex tables require separate review.
  • Language: A separately maintained language version. Translation is included only when expressly quoted.
  • Knowledge area: A distinct source set with its own answer boundaries and, where applicable, handover.
  • Content update batch: One bundled change of no more than ten complete customer-provided source units within an existing knowledge area. Copywriting, translation and new integrations are excluded.
  • Acceptance test: A documented case with input, expected behaviour, permitted sources and result. Up to two correction rounds are included for deviations within scope.
  • Processed user request: A valid request producing an answer, controlled limitation or defined handover. Technical errors, monitoring and blocked abuse are not counted.
  • Standardised integration: A reviewed, documented and read-only connection to a compatible system.

7. Acceptance, changes and boundaries

The customer receives an acceptance record with test status and known limitations. New source types, knowledge areas, rules, functions or integrations are scope changes and are assessed and quoted before implementation.

  • The Assistant does not provide legal, tax, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
  • AI output may remain incomplete or incorrect despite grounding; sensitive decisions remain subject to human review.
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its content.
  • Personal or confidential data requires a separate privacy and access agreement.
  • Website reviews, relaunches and new websites are separate services.

8. Term and end of contract

Setup and managed operations are separate services. The twelve-month minimum term starts upon documented production launch or acceptance. Notice is one month to the end of the minimum term; operations then renew monthly and may be terminated with one month's notice to month-end. Work completed and non-cancellable third-party costs are charged if the setup project is cancelled early. An available export of customer sources and configuration remains available for 30 days after contract end, followed by the agreed deletion and retention rules.
