Data is shared only where necessary to take steps toward or perform a contract, where you have consented, or where disclosure is legally required.
Burgmann Radar payments via Stripe
When you order Radar, we process in particular the company name, business email address, selected country edition and term, and the time, version, language and document record of the accepted B2B terms, as well as payment, billing and subscription status. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps toward and performance of a contract) and, where required, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (statutory retention).
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Stripe processes payment, billing and tax data; Burgmann Capital does not store full card details. Depending on the relevant Stripe entity and processing location, data may also be processed outside the EEA subject to the applicable data protection safeguards. Contract and billing data is retained in accordance with applicable corporate and tax-law retention periods. Operational delivery data is kept only as long as necessary to provide and evidence the service and handle contract-related requests.
Technical Stripe raw payloads for webhooks, payments and refunds are automatically removed after 90 days. Minimal event, payment and refund metadata is retained where required for idempotency, contract performance, evidence or statutory retention obligations.
Burgmann Company AI Assistant
When you use the Company AI Assistant, your individual question is processed to create a source-bound answer. Please do not enter personal or confidential data. Before storage, the application automatically removes common email addresses, telephone numbers, URLs, IP addresses, labelled names and credential patterns. Automated detection is not error-free and does not replace this input notice.
Burgmann stores the redacted question, a random request ID and technical quality data such as language, result status, source IDs, corpus version, latency, token counts and cost for no more than 30 days. A voluntary “helpful / not helpful” rating is attached to the same record. The model answer, IP address, user agent, cookies, a session ID and a user profile are not stored in the Assistant database. Expired records are deleted automatically every day.
For generative answers, the question and selected approved public source
passages are transmitted to OpenAI through the Responses API. The API
request uses store=false and no external tools. Under OpenAI's
data controls, API content is not used for training unless the customer
explicitly opts in. Without approved Zero Data Retention, abuse monitoring
logs are retained for up to 30 days by default; legal or safety exceptions
may require longer retention. Further information:

The purposes are to provide and secure the information service and to perform time-limited quality and cost control. The intended legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in a secure, functional and improvable information service).
Server Log Files
The hosting provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This may include in particular:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Pages or files accessed
This data is not assigned to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract.
Storage Period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Your Rights
In principle, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
